Before you start: confirm your mower's current firmware version and note it down. If this rollback doesn't go as planned, you'll want that number to ask for help.

What owners have reported

Owners on roboter-forum.com report the manual mowing blade sporadically starting and stopping for no apparent reason, and manual driving becoming stuttery despite a good Bluetooth connection. Reports track this starting around firmware 2.3.27.10 and continuing to be discussed through the 2.3.27.16/2.3.27.20 releases; some owners reported opening support cases directly with Mammotion.

Version/date detail is looser here than our other guides. Mammotion's own KB confirms 2.3.27.20 (14 July 2026) and 2.3.27.23 (18 July 2026, which explicitly fixed a positioning/map-disappearance issue — possibly related). The exact release date we found for 2.3.27.10 doesn't line up cleanly against the confirmed KB dates for nearby versions, so treat that specific date as approximate.

Rollback procedure

Follow the general Android rollback guide, targeting 2.3.25.19 (17 June 2026) — the last confirmed-good release before this cluster of reports, per Mammotion's own KB.

This targets the mower's own body firmware, which our research has not found a confirmed manual downgrade path for (see the Android guide) — treat this version number as the target to look for via whatever path exists, not a confirmed working procedure in itself.
